Linda Mullola

Linda Mullola is a self-taught artist, born and raised in Sudbury, Ontario. As the child of a painter, she was introduced to painting at an early age. This introduction became a life-long passion, which she has continued to pursue and develop. Over the years she has attended workshops with such notable artists as John Seerey-Lester, Gordon MacKenzie, Jack Reid, Brian Ayteo, Vivian Ripley and Ivan Wheale.

Linda has been an active member of the Sudbury artist community for many years, participating in many solo and group art shows in Northern Ontario. Her paintings have been exhibited at the La Cloche Juried Art Show and the Sudbury Studio Tour, which she participates in every year. Linda is also a member of The Northern Artists Gallery, a co-operative group of artists who display their work at Artists on Elgin in Sudbury. She is also a member of Artists in Canada, a website of Canadian Artist developed to promote Canadian Art world-wide. Linda is represented by Xanadu Gallery, Scottsdale, AZ.

The ever-changing seasons of the beautiful, and at times harsh Northern Ontario landscape, have been the primary focus of Linda’s paintings. Her work aspires to evoke a myriad of experiences, but the one comment she hears most often is that her paintings have a calming effect for many who see them. Linda is a prolific painter who sells only original paintings in acrylic, as well as commissioned landscapes and pet portraits. She has also produced works in watercolour, pastel and graphite.
